Kris Black, Director and Manager of B & B Machinery, was born and bred in Toowoomba and joined B & B Machinery in 2000 as a trainee spare parts interpreter and has since completed his parts traineeship, parts interpreter and accounting certificates.
Our Sales Staff
Matthew Cronk has been involved with the Agricultural industry all his life having grown up on his parents mixed farm in the Maclagan District. He completed his education at the Dalby Agricultural College and commenced work as a parts interpreter with Elders Machinery (the Massey Ferguson dealer at that time). With the formation of B & B Machinery in 1990, Matthew started his sales career selling new & used machinery. In 1998 he took over the roll of sales manager.
Our Parts Staff
Nathan Proberts started working for B&B Machinery in December 2013. Originally from the Car Industry in Brisbane, Nathan has embraced country living and has shown an enormous interest in the agricultural spare parts industry.
Timothy Paton is our newest staff member. He comes to us from a game bird poultry farm, he is new to the machinery industry, but he is learning fast.
Pauleen Gatt administers B & B Machinery's accounts department. Pauleen joined B & B Machinery in November 2011 after completing her accounting certificate.
Our Service Staff
Michael Riethmuller is our service department foreman. Mick started with B & B Machinery in January 2009, completed his apprenticeship with us and is now our service department foreman. Mick has completed all relevant AGCO service training for our product range and is a highly skilled technician.
Hamish Cutmore commenced his school based apprenticeship with B&B Machinery in January 2008. He completed his trade with us in January 2014 and has completed all relevant AGCO service training throughout his apprenticeship.
Jayden Motley grew up on the family dairy farm near Crows Nest and finished his trade in early 2015 after commencing as a school based apprentice in January 2009. Jayden's family have run Massey Ferguson tractors his whole life so he is quite familiar with how the machines operate in real life conditions. Jayden has also completed all relevant AGCO service training throughout his apprenticeship.
Jackson Kennedy commenced work at B & B Machinery as a school based apprentice. After completing year 12 he started full time in January 2016. He grew up in Southbrook working on his fathers truck and earth moving equipment and has transitioned well into the agricultural industry. He has already completed a number of AGCO service training courses in his limited time with us.
Adrian Newton is our current school based apprentice and starts full time in 2018. He's from Haden, growing up on their family farm.
Maurice Cronk is our yardman. Maurice started with B & B Machinery in 2005 after 16 years working as a cabinet maker. Farming in the Maclagan district for most of his life before that makes him the ideal yardman for B & B Machinery.
